This Sangiovese Rose is a crisp, dry, wine made using a saignee (to bleed) method resulting in a bolder, darker, rose. You will find balanced acidity and notes of strawberry

Sangiovese
Dry, Medium bodied, red wine that grows well in our vineyard in Shallowater. This wine reflects the terroir of the high plains with its earthy flavors. It is a high tannin, high acidity wine with tart Cherry and plum fruit flavors. Easy drinking, medium bodied wine.

Cabernet Sauvignon
Dry, full bodied red wine that flourishes in the high plains. The wine is medium tannin, medium acidity wine. Drinkers experience dark fruit flavors with black cherry and spices that finishes with a touch of vanilla.

S-Curve Blend
This is an Italian field blend of Dolcetto, Montepuliciano, and Sangiovese. This medium-full bodied wine is a fruit forward with low tannins. Expect a round, full finish that leaves you wanting more.
